American desi: Subway

Just came across this excellent example of adapting your product to local tastes (mind you, it took two years of sluggish sales and wondering why no one was buying the turkey or Italian at double the price)

    This reminds me of an idea I had several years ago. The McShwarma is only one example of McDonald’s many localized specialities (McSpacho in spain, litte cups of wine in France, the McRib here in the US, I belive they had Poutine in Quebec,etc).
    Wouldn’t it be great (well, relatively speaking) if ole Rotten Ronny had a resraurant that sold all of his localized offerings under one roof?
